Professional Wood Cleaning and Restoration

Soda blasting of wood is a non-invasive and eco-friendly method of cleaning wooden surfaces (such as log houses or furniture). It involves propelling fine particles of baking soda (NaHCO3) at high pressure using a stream of air or water.

This process effectively removes dirt, old paint, and fungi without damaging the delicate structure of the wood, unlike sandblasting. The method is environmentally safe, water-soluble, and prepares the wood for further impregnation or painting.

Soda blasting is a cleaning method suitable for virtually all types of surfaces. It does not cause scratches, as it does not require scrubbing, which makes it safe for cleaning concrete, steel, stone, sheet metal, plastics, and glazed surfaces such as clinker bricks.

Thanks to soda blasting, it is possible to remove moss, lichens, algae, and all kinds of lime deposits from building façades that damage surfaces. It is also effective for removing stubborn rust from steel.
